3-step UI structure and a sample of the real plot/price list, with submission disabled.

1.1 To book the Plot, Buyer shall submit a duly completed Booking Application Form provided by Seller through online mode only.
1.2 Upon online submission of the Booking Application Form, Buyer shall transfer a Booking Amount of ₹2,00,000 (Two Lakh) to Seller only through the bank account mentioned below, along with 2 photographs, Aadhaar Card and PAN Card.
1.3 The Booking amount is non-refundable but will be adjusted against the total purchase price upon successful completion of the sale. The Buyer has to pay the full agreed amount within one month from the date of booking submission.
1.4 Booking is provisional until Seller confirms receipt of the Booking Amount.
1.5 If the Buyer fails to pay the agreed amount within one month of booking, the amount paid till date shall be forfeited.
2. Notices
2.1 All notices and other communications shall be in writing and delivered personally, by registered post with acknowledgement of receipt, or by reputable courier to the parties’ addresses, or such other addresses as designated in writing.
4.1 All bookings and advance amounts for plots within this project are initiated and processed solely through www.hkestates.in. Agreements and sale demands are executed at the HK Estates Head Office, NH-1A Bypass, Athwajan, Srinagar, Kashmir.
4.2 All Booking, Advance, and final payments should be made only through the account below:

5. Seller will not entertain or consider official any transactions conducted through individual agents or any other means besides the above bank account.
6. The Buyer shall visit the site/land before filling the form.
7. The land/plot shall be for residential purposes only.
8. After advance payment, the plot will not be exchanged.
9. No commercial activity shall be constructed by the buyer on the land/building.
