1. Booking Process
1.1 To book the Plot, Buyer shall submit a duly completed Booking Application Form provided by Seller through online mode only.
1.2 Upon Online submission of the Booking Application Form, Buyer shall transfer a Booking Amount of ₹ Rs 2,00,000 (Two Lakh) to Seller only through Bank Account mentioned below along with 02 Photographs, Aadhaar Card and Pan Card.
1.3 The Booking amount is non-refundable but will be adjusted against the total purchase price upon successful completion of the sale. The Buyer has to pay all the agreed amount within (01) One Month from the date of Submission of Booking
1.4 Booking is provisional until Seller confirms receipt of the Booking Amount.
1.5 In Case the Buyer fails to pay the agreed amount within one month from the date of Booking the payment paid till date shall will be forfeited.
2. Notices
2.1 All notices and other communications shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when delivered personally, sent by registered post with acknowledgement of receipt, or sent by reputable courier service to the addresses of the parties or to such other addresses as the parties may from time to time designate in writing.

4. Important Notice: Official Booking and Sales Channel
4.1 All bookings and advances amount for plots within this project will be initiated, processed through www.hkestates.in. This online portal serves as the sole official. Agreement and Sale demand will be made at Head Office of HK ESTATES located at NH-1A BYPASS ATHWAJAN SRINAGAR KASHMIR.
4.2 All amount of Booking, Advance Payment and final payment should be made through below mentioned Account No.(Only):-

5. Seller will not entertain or consider official any transactions conducted through individual agents or any other means besides above mentioned Bank Account No.
6. The Buyer shall visit the Site/Land before filling the form.
7. The Land/Plot shall be only for Residential Purpose.
8. After Advance Payment the Plot will not be exchanged
9. No Commercial activity shall be constructed by the buyer on the Land/Building.
